Venice Through My Eyes

I arrived in Venice just a few days ago and I must tell you that it is just as intriguing as ever. All of the sights, sounds and smells are the same as I remember them to be….exotic, inspiring, otherworldly, medieval, and crowded. This morning I found a moment of peace and reflection in Piazza San Marco. Before the city was fully awake, I sat gazing at the church in the early morning light while sipping an Americano. It was magical.

Below are some photos I’ve taken of my walks throughout San Marco. Please take a moment to enjoy a little sprinkling of Venice…

My blogging friends and I meet up for the first time at a quaint little outdoor restaurant for a toast. Included are Margie Longano Miklas, Victoria DiMaio and Ishita Sood

My days have been packed with many adventures that I can’t wait to tell you about. However, my time is too short to write more now so please do hang in there with me and I promise to tell you all the details in my upcoming posts.
