Napoli! Grimy, busy, beautiful, old, historical, noisy…..uniquely unforgettable. I had only one day to walk through Naples and capture typical street scenes as I passed through. There are few captions under the pictures. So instead of filling your mind with a lot of historical facts and figures, I invite you to just sit back and enjoy the ride….

Naples is Italy’s third largest and most densely populated city with over one million people. Its colorful and vibrant street life will make an impression on anyone traveling through its maze of streets. The Neapolitans have a knack for living on the edge. I observed them to be full of life, energetically connected, living, eating and raising their families with a sense of whimsy and dignity. Loud, clamorous, polluted, fast moving…..yet compelling. A city that produced pizza and Sophia Loren can’t be all bad.

Lol as you I found a cloudy and rainy day in Naples…just a bad luck, as over there it’s quite rare that it rains! 😦
